Blanco tequila of the highest quality is produced in the Mexican state of Jalisco by architect and master distiller Enrique Fonseca. The basis is exclusively blue Weber agave harvested at full maturity.

Specifically, this tequila comes from the ABV Tequileña distillery in Mexico. The high mountain blue agave grown on the grounds of master distiller Enrique Fonesca is harvested at full ripeness - not earlier. It is then boiled, crushed, fermented and distilled. Production takes place in one place and in a sustainable way. During it, no non-agave fermentable sugars or diffusers are added to the tequila, nor does it contain any additives or the resulting distillate.

The distinct taste of agave with the lingering sweetness of vanilla in the foreground passes into delicately siliceous notes with hints of black pepper.
